From November 28 to December 6, Youth Arts board member Sandy Parker hosted Hiroshima hibakusha Toshiko Tanaka and Shigeko Sasamori in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Kathleen Sullivan led workshops at Holland Hall and Booker T. Washington high schools. Art teachers Jennifer Brown and Byron Shen did follow-up kamishibai projects with their students based on the testimony of Toshiko Tanaka.
